DN 25 – DN 100 | NPS 1ˮ – 4ˮ
The SRS-F sampling system is a manual system for the safe and representative, closed-loop sampling of liquid process media from reactors and vessels. Sampling is performed using vacuum or positive pressure without interrupting the process.
The modular SRS-F reactor sampling system enables safe and reproducible sampling from reactors and vessels. The standard sample volume is 150 ml and can optionally be increased to 250 ml. The modular design allows for easy adaptation to different processes and requirements.
The main isolation valve is designed as a manually operated SBV 1" CL150 ball valve with PFA lining as standard. Alternatively, versions with an SDV diaphragm valve or an SCP cylinder valve are available.
Reserve connections facilitate the integration of additional components. A PTFE hollow ball with a soft-sealing ball seat ensures a reliable seal and high operational reliability.
Flange connections are available in accordance with DIN or ANSI standards. The sampling section is designed for operating pressures up to 10 bar, while the main valve is rated for up to 16 bar.
