In addition to sample collection, the piston syringe can also be used to return the medium to the line or to introduce additives. This allows for dosing of up to 100 ml at a line pressure of approximately 5 bar.
Every PI piston syringe comes standard in a case with a wide range of accessories. These include, among other things, the safety stopper with O-ring, the SS chain, and the quick-release adapter. A laboratory stand for safe sample extraction is available as an option.
