The SPA-R pneumatic 90° rotary actuators enable the reliable automation of process valves such as butterfly valves, cylinder valves, and ball valves. The modular design allows for flexible configuration with a limit switch box, solenoid valve, or E/P positioner.
The SPA-R rotary actuators operate on the proven pinion-rack principle and feature cast aluminum housings and covers. The actuators are also available with stainless steel housings as an option.
The actuators are available in double-acting or single-acting versions with spring return. Thanks to their interfaces compliant with EN ISO 5211, they can be mounted on process valves designed accordingly. NAMUR interfaces enable the easy installation of limit switches or solenoid valves.
For automation tailored to specific needs, the actuators can be configured as complete units. Versions with a limit switch box and solenoid valve or with an E/P positioner are available. The necessary mounting parts can also be supplied as part of the complete unit. The visual position indicator is included in the standard configuration.
Special versions for extreme temperatures or environmental conditions are available for use under specific environmental conditions.
